I can't believe we didn't post in a year! Once again it's almost summer vacation. End of summer woes

Today for most people it's the last day of summer and tomorrow's school even if it isn't the last day of summer you get a break because of  Labor day at least when it starts it will stop being so hot and rainy, for me it's paradise, I hate rain. In the comments section of this post write down what you look forward in the school year to make us feel a little optimistic.

Yesterday the 4th

Did you see the awesome fireworks? Well they didn't just do that for fun it was the 4th America's birthday here's the story. It's the late 1700s Thomas Jefferson finished writing The Declaration of Independence, the paper that separated our fair country from the British. Now George Washington was asking  people to sign, if enough people did America would be it's own country. Now enough people signed and King George would see and approve,(I think.)it was the U.S.A.'s first birthday.
